- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories and means to maintain personal hygiene and footwear maintenance.
2. The subjective order has been divided into 4 following parts:
1) Part 1: Delivery of sachets, needles and supplies for the maintenance of footwear for DZSW,
2) Part 2 - DeliveryItems for hygiene,
3) Part 3 - Delivery of hygiene funds,
4) Part 4 - Delivery of health and safety gel.
3. The set scope of the subject of the contract specifies the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ") - Annex 5 to SWZ;
4. The bay quantitative specification is specified in:
1) Annex 1a to SWZ -Applies to Part 1;
2) Annex 1B to SWZ- applies to Part 2;
3) Annex No. 1c to SWZ- applies to Part 3;
4) Annex No. 1D to SWZ- applies to Part 4;
- these attachments are simultaneously forms of the offer price calculation.
5. The order of the contract should be in each partFactory new, was not used, it is free from physical and legal defects.
6. Until the time of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party, the risk of all dangers associated with possible damage or loss is borne by the contractor.at least 18 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party.i ... - Documents:
