- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of accessories for endoscopic treatments. The subject of the contract was divided into 12 tasks (including task 3 commissions)
-According to Annex 1 to SWZ, the "assortment and price form".
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, including required parameters, size, feature, J.M., quantity specifies the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. The parameters described in Annex 1 to SWZ, as the required parameters are border requirements, the failure to reject the offer.
3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject Orders are determined by the provisions of the contract template - Annex 5 to SWZ "Model of the Agreement".
4. The contractor will provide the subject of the contract to the hospital pharmacy warehouse.
5. The contract performance date for 12 parts (12 tasks): 18 months from the date of the contract.
6. Delivery date according to current needs, each time within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of order.
