1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of accessories for medical equipment for UCK WUM in the location: CSK ul. Banacha 1a, SKDJ ul. Lindleya 4, divided into 9 parts: Part No. 1 - Medical equipment for polysomnography compatible with the TCM5 device (possessed by the Ordering Party); Part No. 2 - Tracheostomy tubes without cuff; Part No. 3 - Nasal cannulas for a polysomnograph compatible with the Grass PSG device (owned by the Ordering Party); Part No. 4 - Sputum induction kits compatible with TAJFUN MU1 inhaler (owned by the Ordering Party); Part No. 5 - Angle connectors; Part No. 6 - Devices for quick and painless removal of staples; Part No. 7 - Cytology brushes; Part No. 8 - Nasopharyngeal tubes; Part No. 9 - Pump heads centrifugal with drains compatible with the STOCKERT drive (owned by the Ordering Party). 2.
