Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an active energy for organizational units and receipt points of the Provincial Hospital. L. Rydigiera in Torun referred to in Annex 2 to SWZ within 48 months.
This Order does not include distribution services (transmission) of electricity.
1.1. The assortment and price-pricing specification of an active electricity and qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to fill and attach to the offer.
2.2. The total amount of electricity, which will be delivered during the term of the contract for the collection points set out in Annex 2 to the Agreement, are estimated in the quantity of 34,533.115 kWh, taking into account possible changes to the contracts described in the order documents (Chapter V SZWZ and the contract for SWZ).
