- Description of the subject of the contract:
1) The subject of the contract is the supply of administrative and office materials and office equipment to 33 WOG in Nowa Dęba.
2) The place of delivery of the goods is the warehouse of the training security section in Nowa Dęba.
3) This order has been divided into two parts:
a)Part 1-"Delivery of administrative and office materials";
b) Part 2-"Delivery of office equipment".
Detailed determination of the amount of individual goods constituting the subject of the order carried out as part of the order is set out in the attachment to SWZ, i.e. the form of a detailed valuation (separately for each of theparts).
The contracting authority, taking into account the nature of the subject of the contract, does not provide for taking into account the requirements in the scope of availability for disabled people in accordance with art. 100 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law.public, presented in the attachment to SWZ, i.e. the draft contract (one for all parts) and complement the description of the subject of the contract in terms of provisions not covered by the provisions of this chapter.
