Description:
The subject of the contract is: delivery to agency stocks 109,000 m3 of diesel in species F and storage services of the above amount of diesel (hereinafter fuel) in order to fill in Art. 3 para. 2 point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on oil reserves, oil and gas productsearthworks and the rules of conduct in situations of danger of the state's fuel safety and disturbances on the oil market (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1281) (hereinafter "Act on wrestling"), divided into tasks:
Task No. 1 - Delivery for the agency supply of diesel oil in the amount of 50,000 m3 with the servicestorage,
Task No. 2 - Delivery for agency supply of diesel oil in the amount of 20,000 m3 with storage service,
Task No. 3 - Delivery for the agency supply of diesel oil in the amount of 19,000 m3 with storage service,
Task No. 4 - Delivery for the agency supply of dieselin an amount of 10,000 m3 with storage service,
Task No. 5 - Delivery for the agency of diesel oil in the amount of 5,000 m3 with storage service,
Task No. 6 - Delivery for the agency supply of diesel oil in the amount of 5,000 m3 with storage service.
