Material scope of the subject of the contract:
1) The subject of the order are the deliveries of broken aggregate as part of the investment task entitled
a) "Reconstruction of the forest road on plot 899 in the Janowice Wielkie Forestry"
b) "Reconstruction of the forest road on plot 876_2 in the Janowice Wielkie Forestry."
2) names and codes regarding the subject of the contract specified in the common public procurement dictionary (CPV):

3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery to the construction site (location of the investment task) of the following materials:
a) as part of the task "Reconstruction of the forest road on plot 899 in the Janowice Wielkie Forestry"
• broken aggregate with a constant grain of 0/63 mm in the amount of 1,650.00 tons,
• broken aggregate with a constant grain of 0/31.5 mm in the amount of 780.00 tons,
• broken aggregate with a constant grain of 0/4 mm in the amount of 100.00 tone.
b) as part of the task "Reconstruction of the forest road on plot 876_2 in the Janowice Wielkie Forestry"
• broken aggregate with a constant grain of 0/63 mm in the amount of 1,200.00 tons,
• broken aggregate with a constant grain of 0/31.5 mm in the amount of 600.00 tons,
• Broken aggregate with a constant grainness 0/4 mm in the amount of 50.00 tons.
4) moisture of broken aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery may not exceed 12%
