- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of aggregate with a diverse faction to the town of Kopytow, in the KodeΕ commune to the area of ββthe military complex, which is on the supply of the 28 Military Economic Department in Siedlce - in the quantities specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ, which will be posted on the website of the conducted proceedings https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog.
The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 6 to SWZ (contract template with attachments).
2. The Employer does not provide for the right of options in the said proceedings.
Delivery of aggregate with a varied faction to the town of Kopytow
1. The subject of the order is the supply of aggregate with a different fraction to the town of Kopytow.
2. Perinity of performance (total implementation) of the subject of the contract - 90 days calendar from the date of signing the contract, with:
a) Delivery including:
1. Natural crushes with a fraction of 0-16 mm: 3,200 tons,
2. Broken crushes with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm: 3,000 tons,
3. Broken crushes with a fraction of 31.5-63 mm: 5,000 tons
within 60 calendar days from signing this contract, and
b) Delivery including:
1. Broken crushes with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm: 1 681 tons,
2. Broken crushes with a fraction of 31.5-63 mm: 2,940 tons.
within 30 calendar days from the date of expiry of the delivery date of the goods covered by the delivery indicated in lit. and.
