Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of agricultural equipment for the needs of the School Complex of the Agricultural Training Center Adolf Dygasiński in Sichow Duży, divided into parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation has been specified in the technical specification respectively - Annex 1 to SWZ, in Annex 2 to SWZ - planned contract provisions.
2. Whenever in the SWZ content, including in the technical specification, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, the subject of the contract was described by indicating names, patents, norms, trademarks or origin, the contracting authority allows the contractor to offer an equivalent solution.
214 para. 1 point 8 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (hereinafter "by the PZP Act").
4. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction, referred to in art. 227 - 238 of the PZP Act.
5. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variant offers within the meaning of Art. 92 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
6. The Employer allows for partial offers. Each contractor has the right to submit an offer for one or more part of these proceedings.
7. Ordering Party does not provide for the conclusion of the framework agreement referred to in art. 311 - 315 of the PZP Act.
8. The Employer does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings, including reimbursement of costs incurred for the purchase of a qualified electronic signature.
