- Part 1: Delivery of a plot combine harvester Part 2: Delivery of the plot seeder 4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of agricultural machinery for IUNG - PIB in Puławy, divided into 2 parts of the order. 4.2.Ordering party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law allows submitting partial offers divided into 2 parts as follows: 1)Part 1:Delivery of a plot combine harvester; 2)Part 2: Delivery of the plot seeder; 4.3. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) delivery of brand new machines, originating from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test correct operation, originating from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation warranty rights of the machines to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, together with their assembly (if applicable) and transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party; 2) The term "brand new" used by the ordering party should in particular include: accept: produced by the manufacturer of the offered machines; coming from mass production; unmodified after leaving the production line; having no traces of interference with the factory version; not used; without traces of use, full value, non-regenerated; complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects; technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work, as well as meeting safety standards in force in Poland...
