Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of agricultural machinery - teaching aids for ZSCKU in Wojsławice. The performance of the order includes the delivery of devices to the recipient's headquarters, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be brand new. The contracting authority does not allowthe subject of the order from the second, used market.
It is required for the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the purchased aids at least 24 months, calculated from the date of receipt of the subject of the order and the issue of warranty documents. It is required that the warranty period is equal to the warranty period.
