a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this specification of terms of order and the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to this specification of terms of order.3. Requirements for the execution of the subject of the order: 1) the subject of the order must be free from defects and damage, operational and ready for immediate use without incurring additional financial outlays. 2) together with the delivery of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the necessary documents related to the subject of the order. 3) the subject of the order should have all the documents necessary to complete formalities related to admission to traffic on public roads and operation and maintenance manual in Polish.4) the required quality warranty period is min. 24 months or 1000 mth (note, the quality guarantee period is scored).5) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a written quality guarantee for the delivered subject of the order for the period indicated in the offer, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by the representatives of the parties.
