• The subject of the order is the supply of brand new products for the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Center in Częstochowa, manufactured no earlier than in 2025, free from damage and physical and legal defects, as well as compliant with standards and requirements. technical and operational regulations applicable in the Republic of Poland, agricultural machines equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions, hereinafter referred to as "machines", along with providing instructions on the operation of the delivered machines. including: agricultural tractor with a navigation set for wireless data transmission, a mineral fertilizer spreader, a corn seeder, a mechanical mounted seeder for sowing cereals and a mounted agricultural sprayer. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including parameters technical and operational characteristics of the machines are specified in Annexes No. 1a - 1e to the SWZ. The technical and operational parameters provided by the Ordering Party in Annexes No. 1a - 1e to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements. The offered machine does not have any required parameter gives the Ordering Party grounds to reject the offer.
