• Description:
• The subject of the order is the supply of brand new products to the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Center in Częstochowa, manufactured no earlier than in 2025, free from damage and physical and legal defects, and in accordance with the standards and technical and operational requirements applicable at in the Republic of Poland, agricultural machines equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions, hereinafter referred to as "machines", along with providing instructions on the operation of the delivered machines, including: agricultural tractor with a navigation set for wireless data transmission, mineral fertilizer spreader, a corn seeder, a mechanical mounted seeder for sowing cereals and a mounted agricultural sprayer. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical and operational parameters of the machines, is specified in Annexes No. 1a - 1e to the SWZ. Technical and operational parameters provided by the Ordering Party in the Annexes No. 1a - 1e to SWZ constitute minimum requirements. The failure of the offered machine to have any required parameter gives the Ordering Party grounds to reject the offer.
