• Delivery of an agricultural tractor and agricultural machinery as part of KPO support for the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Center in Częstochowa The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, manufactured no earlier than in 2025, free from damage and physical and legal defects, as well as compliant with the standards and technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland, agricultural machines equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions, hereinafter referred to as "machines", along with providing instructions on how to operate the delivered machines. including: agricultural tractor with a navigation set for wireless data transmission, mineral fertilizer spreader, corn seeder, a mechanical mounted seeder for sowing cereals and a mounted agricultural sprayer. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical and operational parameters of the machines, is set out in Annexes No. 1a - 1e to the SWZ. Technical and operational parameters provided by The Employer's requirements in Annexes No. 1a - 1e to the SWZ constitute the minimum requirements. The failure of the offered machine to have any required parameter gives the Ordering Party grounds to reject the offer.
