- The subject of the order is the SUPPLY OF AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR AND A GARDENING TRACTOR AS WELL AS SOFTWARE FOR FARM MANAGEMENT.
The scope of the order includes:
1) delivery, assembly, commissioning, performance tests and handover of devices constituting the subject of the order for operation;
2) installation of software on the infrastructure indicated by the Ordering Party;
3) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation, operation and basic maintenance of the delivered devices (max. 10 people) within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party
4) training of the Ordering Party's staff operation of the software covered by the subject of the contract (max. 10 people) within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party;
16 and further § 2 of the draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ for a period of 3 years from the date of signing the protocol delivery and acceptance, referred to in § 4 section 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ;
6) granting a minimum 24-month warranty for the subject of the contract on the terms set out in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (in accordance with the declaration contractor submitted in the offer).
