- 1) Requirements for the agricultural tractor, i.e. the required technical parameters for the agricultural tractor, as well as the required minimum equipment, are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 6 to SWZ.2) Requirements for operational leasing: a) currency: PLN, b) validity period operating leasing agreements: 60 months, c) the leasing agreement provides for repayment in 59 equal leasing installments, d) repayment of 59 - five leasing installments will be made monthly, on business days in equal installments throughout the leasing period, in accordance with the given leasing installment repayment schedule, e) The contractor will provide property insurance. The Ordering Party will provide third party liability insurance for the delivered vehicle throughout the leasing period, f) the initial fee will be 10% of the net value of the leased item, g) after the expiry of the leasing contract period, after payment of the last leasing installment, The Ordering Party will have the right to purchase (purchase) the leased item for its own ownership, provided that it pays all receivables arising from the leasing agreement.
