Description:
1. The order of the contract includes the supply of fixed assets and equipment for the needs of PSZOK, mobile PSZOK and public facilities.
The subject of the contract was divided into seven parts:
1.1. Part 1 - Delivery of an agricultural tractor and a trailer: Hook and transport with reduced chassis.
1.2. Part 2 - delivery of two vans and a passenger car with a load capacity of up to 3.5T;
1.3. part 3 - delivery of two trucks;
1.4. part 4 - Delivery of a forklift with an electric drive;
1.5. part 5 - delivery of 15 pcs for segregated waste;
1.6. part 6 - Delivery 43 pcs of composters;
1.7. part 7 - delivery of 75 sets of waste baskets.
3. The subject of the contract and requirements for the method of its performance are determined by attachments, constituting an integral part of this SWZ:
a) description of the subject of the contract (with numbers from 4.1. to 4.7 respectively for each part of the order);
b) planned provisions of the contract (numbers from 2.1 to 2.7, respectively for each
from part of the order).
4. If Any attachment to SWZ would indicate in relation to some materials
and devices trademarks or origin of the Ordering Party, in accordance with art. 99 paragraph 4 Public Procurement Law, allows the use of equivalent "products". All "products" from specific manufacturers specify the minimum quality parameters and utility features that goods must meet to meet the requirements set by the contracting authority and constitute exclusive ...
