- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of air conditioners and fans, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ assortment. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ.3. The ordering party requires it to be indicated in the offermanufacturer/model/type or other data clearly identifying the offered assortment. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. The name Producer should be understood as:name of the company under which the offered products are sold, or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
