Delivery of All-in-One computers as part of the task called "Replacement of IT equipment for the needs of hospital systems and Electronic Medical Records" - case reference number: Z/56/PN/26 Delivery of All-in-One computers as part of the task called "Replacement of IT equipment for service purposes hospital systems and handling of Electronic Medical Records” 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computers by the Contractor to the Ordering Party All-in-One as part of the task called "Replacement of IT equipment for the needs of system operation "hospital facilities and the handling of Electronic Medical Records" in the amount of 700 pieces (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
