Brief description of the subject of the order: I. The subject of the order is the production and delivery of new perforated sheets - 18 pieces (3 sections, 6 pieces each), disassembly of old perforated sheets and assembly of new ones with perforation D = 80 and D = 20 mm in the drum screen in the area of the Municipal Waste Repositoryin Owicim, at ul. Nadwilaska 36.,, II. The subject of the order includes :, 1. Disassembly of used screen plates and handing over to the Ordering Party., 2. Dimensioning and manufacturing of 18 pieces (3 sections, 6 pieces each) of screen plates with dimensions of approx. 970mm x 1270mm, for sifting 0-20 fractions and 0- 80 mm, including:, 1) D = 20 perforation sheet, 12 pieces, 2 sections, 2) D = 80 perforation sheet, 6 pieces, 1 section, 3) The sheets made, their size and type of material should be adjusted to the existing sheets screens with round holes with a diameter of 20 mm and 80 mm in a staggered arrangementalternate. The required compaction of the number of meshes is the same as in the currently used sieves., 3. The sieve sheets must be made of S355 steel with a minimum thickness of 10mm., 4. The tube sheets must have two types of mounting holes, adapted to the method of their assembly in the steel frame of the drum screen ...
