- 1 Garrison of Lyski and CBP, CBZC, BSWP.2. Orderingers will conclude contracts of framework from Picioma (5) Contractors who meet all requirements of SWZ and laws PZP and receive the highest numbers of points based on the criteria for the evaluation of offers specified in section XX SWZ.2.1 In the event that less offers are filed, but not less than two (2) offers not subject to rejection, the Ordering Party will conclude framework contracts with all contractors who meet all requirements SWZ and the PZP.2.2 Act, if there is less than two offers not subject to rejection of the Ordering Employer, unlimited pursuant to art. 258 para. 4 of the PZP.3 Act.
