- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor, ลCR marches along with the installation of a diversion for bags, supporting the waste processing process, at the waste processing installation at the Lusatian Recycling Center in Marszow, specified and described by the documents of the contract (hereinafter: "Dislocate").
2. The order includes:
1) the contractor's implementation of all actions that will lead to the provision of the exile marches that meet all the requirements specified in the Order documents, in particular OPZ and PPU (the contractor does not have to be a producer or official distributor [dealer] of the diverse),
2) providing the contractor by the Contractor, ลCR marks of a diverse that meets all the requirements specified in the Order documents, in particular OPZ and PPU,
3) transfer to ลCR marks of the rights of the diverse at the time of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol Without comments, but no later than until the day designated in ยง2 para. 1 PPU,
4) implementation of warranty and service obligations,
5) fulfillment of other obligations specified in order documents.
