Description:
1) Delivery of an AmBe neutron source with an activity of at least 500 mCi and a flux (emission) of at least 106 n/s. 1) Design, construction and delivery of a radiological shield that meets safety requirements: a) design ensuring a dose level equivalent to H(10) 0.6 Sv/h in the device's surroundings, b) design the cover must be agreed and consulted with the Ordering Party at every stage of implementation, with the possibility of introducing changes during delivery.2) Transport and assembly of the device (source with cover) at the place indicated by the Ordering Party.3) Development of documentation and regulatory formalities: a) providing full documentation in Polish, b) preparing the required documents for the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA), c) obtaining PAA's permission to transport the source or presenting the appropriate document if the Contractor already has it. Initial design of the cover: The basis of the structure is an air chamber for irradiation, dimensions approx. 40 x 40 x 10 cm (width x height); The chamber is equipped with 1 - 2 sockets for a source in the holder and 4 sockets for samples with dimensions of approx. 8-10 cm; There are guides above the sockets to allow the power source to be inserted (...
