Description:
1. The subject of the order is: DELIVERY OF AN AMBULANCE WITH EQUIPMENT in accordance with the provisions included in the price form together with the AIT Technical Information Sheet - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ. The subject of the order must be brand new, made in accordance with PN-EN 1789 and the required conditions of the base car, medical buildings and equipment. The vehicle must have the necessary equipment and documents allowing road traffic in Poland. The vehicle must have an approval certificate for completed and base vehicles. The contractor will provide a warranty for the entire subject of the order: for the car with no mileage limit (min. 24 months), for medical buildings (min. 24 months), for paint (min. 24 months), perforation (min. 36 months) and additional equipment - for a period not shorter than 24 months. The Contractor is obliged to provide free training to the Ordering Party's staff in the use of the subject of the order. The remuneration for the subject of the order must also include all costs related to the delivery of the ambulance to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
