The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 ambulance type B under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Investment D1.1.1 Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities in the area of cardiology, centers qualified to OK II and OK III in as part of the project "Improving the quality and availability of cardiological services at the Dr. Alfred Sokołowski Specialist Hospital in Wałbrzych through the purchase of medical equipment and construction and renovation works." Further and accurate description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as: SWZ). Brand new ambulance, year of production 2025. The current Polish standard PN-EN 1789:2021-02 or an equivalent standard for road ambulances corresponding to the regulations contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 15, 2016 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022). The medical equipment used in the ambulance complies with the PN-EN standard 1865 or an equivalent standard and meets the requirements contained in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). The subject of the order must have a valid approval certificate issued under the relevant regulations and must comply the provisions contained in the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment...
