1. The subject of the order is the delivery of analysis positions - 2 packages for Gdańsk Medical University. The purchase will be implemented as part of the project entitled: "Integrated Proteomic analysis system and imaging of the digitization platform of image data", contract No. 7465/IA/SP/2024 concluded on 9.07.2024 - the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ:
Package 1 - Proteomic research stand
Package 2 - Imaging research stand compatible with the proteo analysis system
The contracting authority requires the contractor:
a) Package 1 - granted a minimum of 12 months warranty for the offered subject of the contract specified in Annex 3 to SWZ (from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance report by both parties),
24 months, from the date of signing the reporting report by both parties - acceptance,
12 months, from the date of signing by both parties, the delivery and acceptance report,
