Description:
The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the supply of anatomy software using mixed reality in connection with the implementation of the project entitled Excellent University - education for the economy co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus in under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 Program, for the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow - repeated proceedings.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intends to use it to finance all or part of the order, have not been awarded to him. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the parameters and conditions required and additionally scored, is included in Annex A to the Offer Form, which is an integral part of the SWZ, and the provisions in point 5) 1.3. SWZ presenting also the scope and requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor be compatible with each other and ensure full functionality without the need for additional investments. ...
