1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of devices and works in the field of land development in the playground located at the City nursery No. 2 at ul. Asnyka 4 in Elbląg, located on plot No. 332, precinct 16.
2. The order will be co -financed from the Labor Fund, under The departmental program "Active Playgrounds" 2025.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him.
