1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of devices and works in the field of land development at the playground located at the branch of the city nursery No. 4 at ul. Chopina 10 in Elbląg, located on plot No. 217, precinct 10.
2. The order will be co -financed from the Labor Fund, as part of the departmental program "Active Playgrounds" 2025.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him.
