Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of equipment for a dormitory in Międzyrzecz at ul. Wojska Polskiego No. 20, which is owned by the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Zielona Gora.
Delivery means the delivery of new products (free from defects), including their:
-transport,
- carrying to the indicated rooms,
- screwing,
- setting in the indicated place,
- mounting on the walls (in the case of furniture that needs to be attached to the walls),
- placing sinks and washbasins on the cabinets and connecting them,
- leveling furniture,
- protection foxseals, plugs
- fitting kitchen furniture with plinths and countertops,
- removal and disposal of packaging,
- cleaning of rooms,
- other not mentioned above, but necessary to submit a functional and efficient order.
The delivery price includes all costs associated withassembly of the delivered items, including the costs of labour, equipment and all necessary auxiliary materials such as pins, slats, washers, screws, etc.
The Contractor is obliged to take measurements in the dormitory building in Międzyrzecz at ul. Wojska Polskiego No. 20.
Given dimensions of equipmentif necessary, the ordering party should be corrected to the actual measurements of a given room. Deviations in dimensions are allowed at the level of: (-/ 5%) of furniture.
All wooden elements of equipment are to be made in the same color....
