Description:
The subject of the contract includes the supply and assembly of a welding workshop - didactic equipment necessary to conduct training in the profession of "Mechatronics of electric vehicles" in accordance with the scope specified in Annex 1A to SWZ.
Technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters cannotbe worse than listed in Annex 1A to SWZ. The device should meet all provisions regarding the right of admission in Poland and have relevant documents indicating that all necessary standards and guidelines that should meet the equipment before allowing it touse. The device must be accompanied by all necessary documents such as: user manual, warranty, a declaration of compliance with all necessary standards, etc.
The contracting authority requires that the delivered equipment be used for factory new, unused.
If used to describe the subject of the contractmarkings or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer, a specific product or trademarks, patents or origin, the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent products, which should be understood as a product with technical, utility, functional and quality parameters notworse than presented in the description of the subject of the contract. The contractor, who will submit an offer for an equivalent product, must attach a detailed description to the offer, which will result in the maintenance conditions; He must also demonstrate (prove) that the proposed solution to an equivalent extents...
