Description:
1. scope of the subject of the contract:
the subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of the factory new channel press with a perforator for PET bottles intended for baking municipal waste.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ together with the following attachments:
-Characteristic data of the existing press - Annex 1a) to OPZ;
- photo of the place of the press existing together with the drawing of its installation - Annex 1B) to OPZ;
- Location of the press - horizontal projection - Annex No. 1c) to OPZ.
3. Quality guarantee:
the Contractor will grant the warranty for the subject of the contractquality for a period of min. 24 months (counting from the date of the delivery and acceptance report).
4. Place of implementation of the subject of the order:
municipal waste sorting plant (selectively collected) Barycz in the Barycz Ecological Center at 40 Krzemieniecka Street in Krakow.
5. Local vision:
Ordering PartyHe demands that contractors have a local vision in the area where the subject of this contract will be carried out. The local vision will take place on 28.05.2025 at 10:00 - meeting place: Conference and Educational Center located at the Barycz Ecological Center at ul.Krzemieniecka 40 in Krakow (collection at the porter's lodge). Employees of the Ordering Party will show contractors in the area where the subject of this contract will be carried out.
The above local vision is obligatory, i.e. the contracting authority will reject the contractor's offer pursuant to art. 226 para. 1pkt....
