Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of furniture and equipment for local government nurseries in Krakow at ul. Wadowska and at ul. Jabłonkowska 29a, divided into two parts of the order:
1.1. Part 1 of the order: Delivery and assembly of furniture and equipment for the local government nursery at ul. Wadowska in Krakow;
Part 2 of the order: Delivery and assembly of furniture and equipment for the local government nursery at ul. Jabłonkowska 29a in Krakow.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's responsibilities are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including: in Projected Contractual Provisions (hereinafter referred to as PPU), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in particular in the assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU (separate for each part of the order) and the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Annex No. 2 to the PPU, and annexes to the OPZ (separate for each part of the order), available as a link. The ordering party will sign separate contracts for parts 1 and 2 of the order.
