Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of furniture equipment for COPERNICUS PLSp Accounting. z o. o. 2. Part No. 1 concerns the order for furniture equipment, 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and quantities is included in the annexes: - a. 2A to SWZ Assortment and price form, - for. 2B to SWZ Furniture equipment designs, - a. 2C to SWZ Technical description, - a. 3 to the SWZ Essential Provisions of the Agreement. The Contractor should complete the indicated items in the order. 2A to the SWZ confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. Delivery and assembly of furniture takes place in the following locations: Accounting Department at the Hospital Nicolaus Copernicus and the Accounting Department at St. Wojciech Hospital.4. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract, namely Annex No. 3A to SWZ - delivery of furniture equipment.5. The maximum order completion time (delivery and assembly) is 6 weeks from the date of signing contracts.6.
