Delivery and assembly conditions are described in Annex 4 to SWZ - Agreement.
2. Blinds must be original, brand new, free from defects, meeting the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards carrying European standards, as well as unloaded rights of third parties.
