Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly on the AMW O/Reg. Poznań solar installation - Witkowo ul. Żwirki i Wigury 2, ul. Pogodna 5A
2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and in the planned contract provisions - constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. In these proceedings, the Employer allows for partial offers.
1 part Orders _Montaż of solar installation on the Witkowo boarding building, ul. Żwirki and Wigury 2.
2 part of the order _MONGATION MANAGEMENT solar on the State Treasury building with internate quarters of Witkowo, ul. Pogodna 5A.
4. Pursuant to art. 131 para. 2 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires submitting an offer after the contractor has completed a local vision. Making a local vision is required and is a prerequisite for the correct submission of the offer. Detailed information on the local vision is contained in chapter XXIV SWZ.
5. The Purchaser requires in these proceedings the funds in question evidence enabling the unambiguous identification of the offered devices. Detailed information on the means of evidence in question concluded They are in chapter V SWZ.
