The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: "Delivery and assembly of medical and non-medical furniture and medical equipment for the needs of SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź as part of the investment program entitled: 'Reconstruction and retrofitting of the M. Konopnicka UCP and POOD" under the Agreement DOI/FM/SIS/9/305/388/2023 for granting a subsidy from the Medical Fund" 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 and Annex A to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The ordering party divided order for individual parts and allows the possibility of submitting partial offers - Packages: No. 1, Package No. 2 described in detail in Annex No. 2 and Annex A 4.The offered subject of the order must: - meet quality and technical standards, resulting from function and purpose, - meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of Order Conditions, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order included in Annex No. 2 of the SWZ and in Annex A.
