- 1) The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of office furniture to the Faculty of Geoengineering and Environmental Protection of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.3) Any names (trademarks) provided by the Ordering Party are exemplary and their indication is intended to purpose of determining the expected standard, and the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in terms of the prepared description of the subject of the order.4) The subject of the order was defined by indicating objective technical and quality features and standards for which it is allowed to indicate sample trademarks. 5) If the Ordering Party refers in the description of the subject of the order to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act Pzp...
