- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of a boarding building located in Słomczyn 63. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 and 1a (STWIOR) to SWZ.
2. If in any part of the description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority reachedto standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, equivalent to described solutions, subject to art. 101 para. 5 of the Act.
3. From the contract award procedure, the Employer will exclude the Contractor if the conditions specified in:a) art. 108 para. 1 of the PZP Act, b) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022. on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 507), c) art. 5k para. 1 of the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 zOn April 8, 2022 on amendment to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 regarding limiting measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1). A detailed description of the conditions for exclusion is included in point VII SWZ. 3. OnConfirmation of the lack of grounds for exclusion should be submitted by the following documents: a) information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 108 para. 1 point 1
and 2 of the Act, drawn up not earlier than 6 months before its submission;
b) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope of art.10... - Documents :
