Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and biomass boilers in the municipality of Uścymów. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "RESE INVESTMENT IN THE COMMUNE OF THE URSE" co-financed from EU funds under the Regional Operational Program of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for years 2014-2020 Priority Axis 4 ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY Action 4.1. Support for the use of RES.
2. Employer in accordance with art. 91 of the PZP Law allows placing partial offers with a division into two parts of the contract:
1) Part 1 - Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic cells;
2) Part 2 - Delivery and assembly of biomass boilers;
