The subject of the fall is delivery and assembly along with the planning of sports equipment in the Student Hall in the student homes of the University of Wrocław, i.e. 20 -year -old, ul. Piastowska 1, Wrocaw; DS. Sowianka, pl. Grunwaldzki 26, Wrocaw; Screen, pl. Grunwaldzki 28, Wrocław. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the skew and technical requirements are in the beginning No. 1a to SWZ, constituting the spreadsheet - the assortment list of sports equipment. 4. Zonon correctly, the offer must include valued all assortment items listed in Zecznik No. 1a to SWZ, constituting a spreadsheet - a list of assortment of sports equipment. The offer containing uncommon items in the content of the turn 1a to SWZ will be recognized as non -fen and is subject to rejection in accordance with MIRS Article 226 para. 1 point 5) of the PZP Act. 5. A detailed scope of the implementation of the performance The subject of the fall is in the contract template (which constitutes the proposed provisions of the contract within the meaning of Article 281 (1) (7) of the PPS), constituting the attachment No. 3 to SWZ
