3.1. The subject of this fall covers deliveries, i.e. the extension of the playground at the Kuna building in OSW Bayna located at 15 Wojska Polskiego Street in Pogorzelica, commune Rewal, covering with its scope of supply with the assembly of the playgrounds and the implementation of secure surfaces. The objectThe fall must contain factory devices new, free from legal and physical defects, delivered to the address indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. ul. Wojska Polskiego 15; 72-351 Pogorzelica. The subject of the felling includes a complete assembly with leaving, stabilization and reckoning attachmentThe delivered office. The pollination is detailed in: - Technical Specification of the execution and acceptance of Robt further STWIOR, Stancy Załczka No. 1 to SWZ, - technical description stating the attachment No. 1a, - a prejudice of the robt of Robt stating the attachment No. 1b, whereOccasional and auxiliary in the preparation of the offer, and any beds and disasters between the above documents may not be grounds for the contractor for a client in the case of incorrectly prepared offer description in point 3SWZ
