Description:
Aiming to meet the principles of closed circulation and aiming at the best way to manage waste (firstly: prevent its formation in accordance with Article 18 of the Waste Act), the Ordering Party provides for the awarded orders in which the subject of the contract is delivery, assembly and The start of the new chemical stabilization station of sewage sludge stabilization (waste with code 19 08 05) for sewage treatment plants in Szamotuły. The installation must enable the production of a product that improves soil fertilizer. The installation planned for purchase must have the CE (Conformite Europeenne). The designation of CE (Conformite Europeenne) is understood as the manufacturer's declaration that the product placed on the market meets the basic requirements set out most often in the ordinances issued on the basis of the Act of 30 August 2002 on the compliance assessment system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215, as amended d.) - introducing to Polish law the so -called new approach directives. As part of the contract, the Contractor will certify the final product by obtaining the decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to the plant supporting agent.
