Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of structures, stage equipment and devices.2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) brand new deliveries, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test correct operation, originating from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer of structures, equipment and devices, in a manner ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, to the extent specified in Annex No. the Ordering Party, b) delivery of the required operating instructions in Polish (if applicable), together with the order, c) delivery of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order, d) delivery of warranty documents along with the order, as well as all documents necessary for proper operation wires, cables, connectors, etc.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including material and quantitative description, technical parameters and operational requirements, is described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject orders).
