Description:
Transport and return of participants of the Day Care Home in Dbiaki in the Tuszw Narodowy Commune as part of the project entitled Sunny Autumn of Life IV co-financed by the EU under the Regional Program European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027 priority 7/FEPK.07 submitted in under the competition FEPK.07.18-IP.01-001/23 Place of task implementation: Tuszw Narodowy Commune. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in transport to a day care home no earlier than 7:00 and no later than 8:00 (no more than 35 people) from the place residence (Tuszw Narodowy commune area, the exact location will be announced one week in advance) to the day care home located at: Dbiaki46, 39-332 Tuszw Narodowy and transport these people between the following hours: no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and no later than 17:00 from the nursing home to the place of residence. Estimated number of kilometers: no more than 127 km per day, total more than 13,335 km. The service will be provided on working days of the day care home, on working days.
