The contractor assumes the obligation of employment of authorized carers responsible for children during the service, one guardian for one bus. The contractor is not allowed to start a without a guardian. The function of the guardian cannot be the driving of the vehicle.The guardian may only be a pennel person with a PEN capacity for legal activities. The guardian should be trained by the Contractor in the scope of road traffic law before joining his obligations. 3.
