The subject of the sketch is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel (high -metane natural gas type E) within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as energy law, including sales and distribution of gas fuel onThe needs of the Ordering Party in the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026 for installations located in the buildings mentioned in it (places of acceptance): 1) Poviat Eldership, ul. Jzefa Marek 9, 34-600 Limanowa, 2) Pywalnia Limanowska, ul. Zygmunt August 37, 34-600 Limanowa, 3) enterprise incubator,ul. Fabryczna 1, 34-600 Limanowa. 2. The expected consumption of gas fuel (for all pickups) is: 1 368 500 kWh.3. The anticipated amount of gas fuel consumption (and for individual pickup places, in accordance with the avalanche No. 5 to SWZ) can differ from the actual fuel consumptiongas during the period of the contract.
