Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel (high-methane natural gas type E) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, covering the sale and distribution of gaseous fuel on the needs of the Ordering Party in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 for the installations located in the mentioned buildings (acceptance locations): 1) Szk Complex No. 1 named after J. Pisudskiego in Limanowa, ul. J. Pisudskiego 81, 34-600 Limanowa (tariff W-5.1_TA) 2) Zesp Szk No. 1 im. J. Pisudskiego in Limanowa, street W. Witosa 5, 34-600 Limanowa (tariff W-5.1_TA) 3) Zesp Szk No. 1 im. J. Pisudskiego in Limanowa, ul. J. Pisudskiego 81, 34-600 Limanowa (tariff W-1.1_TA) 2. total expected consumption of gas fuel (for all reception locations) is: 2,371,234 kWh. 3. Provided expected amount of gas fuel consumption (total and for individual collection locations, in accordance with Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) may differ from the actual consumption of gaseous fuel during the term of the contract.
