Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of traction electricity and the provision of traction energy distribution services for the needs of conducting transport activities with traction vehicles powered from the 3KV DC electrical network.
2. The detailed requirements have been defined In Annex 2 to SWZ - offer form, Annex 2.1 to SWZ - price form, Annex 4 to SWZ - template of the contract and Annex 7 to SWZ - transport plan.
3. Contractors who:
1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in art. 108 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, with the proviso that in the proceedings the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in art. 1 point 1 lit. h of the PZP Act, and in the case referred to in art. 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision has been Convicted for the crime listed in art. 108 para. 1 point 1 lit. h of the Public Procurement Law, in addition, they are not excluded in the circumstances referred to in:
- art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding limiting funds in connection with Russia's actions situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of the EU.
